Supportive colleagues, but inconsistent management made the experience uneven.
The good thingsA key reason for my rating is the presence of supportive colleagues who make the day-to-day work more manageable. Without them, the overall experience would have been significantly more challenging.
The challengesThat said, the management quality is highly inconsistent. While some leaders are supportive and capable, others tend to overlook employee contributions, lack appreciation, and struggle with clear and transparent communication. There have also been instances of misaligned expectations and unfulfilled promises, which affected trust and morale.

Worked with Jowat Mfg (SEA) Sdn Bhd has given me an opportunity to widen my knowledge, views and skill towards by being a great employee for the company!
The good thingsI enjoyed working there, good working environment plus every Thursday the colleague will have a badminton session after office hour and invited to those who wanted to join during their free time, this is good because it releases our stress by exercised and to enhance our working performance.
The challengesFrom my point of view, this company should implement company team building every quarter of the year this is to enhance the relationship between the white collar and the blue collar workforce, by strengthening the relationship this will affect the long run and stability for the company.
