Supportive colleagues, but inconsistent management made the experience uneven.The good thingsA key reason for my rating is the presence of supportive colleagues who make the day-to-day work more manageable. Without them, the overall experience would have been significantly more challenging.
The challengesThat said, the management quality is highly inconsistent. While some leaders are supportive and capable, others tend to overlook employee contributions, lack appreciation, and struggle with clear and transparent communication. There have also been instances of misaligned expectations and unfulfilled promises, which affected trust and morale.
