    Strong Teamwork , No Politics
    The good thingsBig Preschool. It has two teams that leading the teachers well. So glad to work with the passionate headteachers, they are giving a lot of support to me and train me to be a better teacher to young children. Good management. Salary is not too low because it will grow when you grow in performance and many benefits especially school holiday.
    The challengesHigh expectation and detailed. Always strive to be professional in every aspect.

    The good thingsThe best staff welfare, provide free meals, free parking, free club house membership, free oversea trip, 5-star annual dinner, and many more. All kinds of allowances & incentives: loyalty incentives, target incentives, promotion & salary increment based on staff appraisal, etc. Staff training & development is provided, team building program, leadership and management training, teaching skills training, etc.
