Good place to build your resume, not a long-term place.
The good thingsgood work life balance. quite stress free compared to other companies. a lot of company activities. bosses here are quite good.
The challengesCareer development is not good for the operations side of the house. Salary and increments are not as high as you would expect, and politic play is definitely happening.

Top US bank a.k.a. Hell Bank
The good thingsGood pay. At least a great jump from ur current salary when u join them. Medical coverage for you, your spouse and child unlimited.
The challengesThis is an audit firm instead of a bank with full of people who like to audit u and control u. Be prepared to have 3 hrs of conference call daily and be prepared to work 24/7. And u won't have official working hours stated in ur offer letter.

    A FIRST CLASS WAY
The good thingsI enjoyed my stay with this company. Imagine an undergrad college level like me working in a bank rank #1 in the US? It only shows that there's no room for discrimination in this company and I am very proud to be part of it. A lot of progress and opportunity to be promoted as well. I've been part of different depts that made me learn more about the product and business that I don't know before
The challengesI guess the location and travel going to work place is a little bit of a challenge specially with the number of incidents of robbery not just to my officemates but also from other companies employees. But compare to other offices in BGC, we are quite in a convinient spot.
