    Great place to work and learn.
    The good thingsBoth on the job training and development courses are provided to help you to meet your job expectation. You could request additional training tools if it deemed important for your career development. As an MNC growth opportunities are aplenty if you are able to perform. As a result driven and oriented organisation, work flexibility in terms of working hours, ways of working etc. are there as long as you complete assigned task on time.
    The challengesHave to be prepared to be able to work in an environment that consists of 65% of black market. The sustainability of the business is very much dependent of government enforcement on the illicit trade. While working with teammates have both challenges and enjoyable moments as many of the people are from different background, age, etc...
