It helps growth minded, has dedicated employees,and make me being focused. I also got friendly co-workers. There are a lot of opportunities to gather experience and grow professionally. My main reasons for wanting another position is communication with each department is stressful.
The challengesLack of training, lack of support, lack of help from senior. Beside that all department lack in communication and only like to blame other department. And the office politics in the biggest cause of stress.
