    The good thingsLots of opportunities to participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions, sharpen one's ability on multitasking and achieving target within very short timeline.

    Good colleague, good environment to work
    The good thingsGood environment to work with friendly colleague. Working space is nice and comfortable. Free lunch. Good place to learn new things. Stress related to work is manageable. Good place for fresh grad, company gives chance to hire a lot fresh grad
    The challengesTraditional management, conservative, some managers not proactive and disturb during weekend & when on leave for not important issue, no break during Friday prayer, limited public holiday, hard to advance to higher position

    The good thingsI am enjoying this job because can learn to key in the data analysis and get to know the actual admin job in office.
    The challengesneed to do work for over time and need to fast catch up especially by handling to key in for ordering the stock.

    Poor management and remuneration
    The good thingsFree Lunch, Free Parking, Annual Insurance, Free Hostel
    The challengesLimited annual bonus. No panel clinic. Only 11 days public holidays (no holiday on Christmas & New Year). Need to take own annual leave for at least 3 days during CNY. No annual dinner/team building activity/interactive activity at all. The management has very conservative style of thinking, only adhere to own way of doing things.

    The good thingsOffice and surroundings are well-kept. Canteen offer cheap meals and food are subsidize. Have a small gym in the office and its free to use. Friendly staffs and my immediate superiors were kind and understanding.
    The challengesPretty traditional company and the benefits given here are pretty bad- no MC claims are allowed, low mileage claim, no extra perks like dental, minimal AL, etc. Worst is, we work on Saturdays as well. Decision makings are pretty centralized and we have a very strict HR practices on punctuality.
