    A fun working culture
    The good thingsJump created a fun working environment and flexible working culture, so the staffs able to release stress during working hours as they provided entertainment in office, such as pool, foosball, board game, books and gym room. Beside that, there are many activities for bonding, like badminton and pool tournament.
    The challengesYou may find culture shock in the beginning, as that is total different from ordinary working culture. Depend on department where you are, your working station might be different as some are out of office frequently and office might be liitle quiet on that hour.

Company have annual dinner & Team building every year travel to outstation or others country like Bali,Thailand.Training program provide like Excel,Management skills.
    The challengesCommon problem- traffic jam area should provide all employee car allowance.Management team should standardize all the benefits base on grading not individuals.Company should employees to choose flexible hour not follow superior working hours.
