    Good company but does not have good support system

    The challengesDoes this company really practice openness? When we voice out our opinions, for sure the managers will have many ways to defend their actions. Then when talk to HR, HR Manager always ask us to go back to our manager. If talk to manager is working, we will not go to HR. HR is not helping us and even the HR Manager will side the managers. What we can do.

    Jungheinrich is indeed a great company to work with. I feel empowered and feel like what I do makes a huge different to the company's success. There's a huge sense of accomplishment when I walk through the office door every morning, and when I walk out the door every evening. The colleagues here are ALL friendly and supportive and willing to assist me in any way, which is good for my development. I also believe, and feel, that Jungheinrich cares about employees development; they offer lots of leadership courses and training, and they care a lot about who you are and what you want to be. If you would like to be in a leadership position one day, they will provide the tools for you to achieve that target. Would 100% recommend others to work at Jungheinrich if given a chance
    The good things- Colleagues that are friendly and are willing to assist you with your project/task - WFH - My line-manager gives me a sense of empowerment and full faith in my ability to complete a task - Quite a lot of good perks and benefits - Care about employee's development
