The challengesDoes this company really practice openness? When we voice out our opinions, for sure the managers will have many ways to defend their actions. Then when talk to HR, HR Manager always ask us to go back to our manager. If talk to manager is working, we will not go to HR. HR is not helping us and even the HR Manager will side the managers.
