    The challengesPoor management. Management does not posses the required mix of skills and competencies i.e. interpersonal skills, communication and conflict-management skills, and leadership skills.

    The good thingsYou will force yourself to be an independent engineer because you need to take care & manage everything starting from the quotation, planning etc. until CMGD stage inclusive Final Account/Final Certificate as well as dealing with the Client who have strong technical teams.
    The challengesSince this company has Client with strong technical teams, you need to be smart not only on the theory but also on practicability.
