    The good thingsA good opportunity for fresh graduate to learn high rise building. Good payment for fresh graduate which above average current market value. Accommodation is available subjected to availability.
    The challengesBe prepared with many projects to be handle, treat it a challenges and opportunity for you to learn. Too many hand-over projects from previous engineer.

    A place to learn little and be used
    The good thingsThose who are only interested in higher than normal starting pay but not about learning, good place for you. A place where u can brag about doing many jobs and act like very experienced though learning the wrong thing, little or nothing. Good place for over ambitious fresh grad conned after having a talk and a dinner

    The challengesThe work load no equally distributed. The management will not notice that the workload given unless you make a complain to higher management.

    Great Company
    The good thingsEverything. One of the best company especially for fresh grads. Wide range of exposure in terms of project type/scale and job scope. Provide a quick learning and practical training platform. Helpful and friendly colleagues. Good working environment. Strategic and convenient location. Accommodation and parking provided for those who need. Higher than market pay-scale.
    The challengesWork under pressure with minimal guidance. A good place to train up oneself to be more resilient, independent and able to adapt with ever-changing market needs. Improvement can be made to office facilities and the management.

    Good for Fresh Grad, But Not for Long Term
    The good thingsMeet new fresh graduates that are in same position as you, learn & grow & help together.
    The challengesUnequal work distribution, expecting OT everyday to satisfy clients' unreasonable demands, hence office always open till 11pm or 12am. Poor management, as if they don't give a care. No solutions from the management even though we have company meetings every first week of the month. Very vague on how to solve issues, always stated that they will solve this & that but still no end in sight after years of mentioning. Get ready to be let down by the top management, they can promise you the star & the moon and yet you will see nothing. Poor office facility, need a total overhaul.

    The challengesPoor Management - No respect for staff. Limited learning opportunity if you are a graduate. Mostly simple design of beam and slab. No one around the company with technical experience to guide junior.
