    The good thingsDirectors are very professional. They treated they staff in good manner. They also very helpful in technical matters and involved in the jobs first hand as well. Benefits are very well provided such as medical allocation can be further be spend for optical, dental or supplements. You are also be given Birthday leave on your birthday!
    The challengesBig projects Reputable clients Fast track **** appreciate if the management can give spacious workspace (L-shape table maybe) especially for the senior engineers.

    GREAT
    The good thingsThe increment and bonus in this company is great. So far one of the highest consultant that full of benefit in term of bonus, increment and annual leave. All engineers will provided skills and knowledge in related to their work by send them to classes, seminars and in house tutorial. A great team indeed with full support in taking care of all design works.
    The challengesMany projects to handle so all engineers need to manage their time and priority on their works. High salary with high responsibility is fair for me but they(the management) need to manage and take more engineers and drafter so that all works will be more smoother and less mistakes can be achieved.

    The good thingsThe collegue are helpfull and positive aura is there when we are in a team to design a project. Any circumstances the boss will help us to brainstorm how to solve matter.
    The challengesDifferent kind of projects and fast pace project makes me more alert and multi tasking as a single design engineer need to handle more than 2 projects at one time which is kind of hard thing to do for a fresh graduate

    The good thingsAbove average benefit from a consulting firm. Good chance of promotion from Engineering Manager to Associate Director. Bonus consistently 3 months. Good medical coverage for employee as well as employee's family.
    The challengesTo serve demanding client, biggest player in development/properties line such as Ecoworld, SP Setia, Empire Group and etc. Tight schedule to produce design and drawings for approval and construction purpose.
