    I would love to work with JPZ again
    The good thingsI done my internship here last year. Even for a short duration, for me, the working environment is nice and I feel grateful as I met all good people even from the other department. The management was good and efficient. I would love to work here again if there is a chance.
    The challengesFor a very short duration of internship, i do not found any challenges or difficulty of working with JPZ.

    The good things1. cohesiveness among staff, cooperation from superiors and company owner. 2. Fun and enjoy with company activities such as family day, bonus, and care by the company owner. 3. Flexible working time. 4. company support on the accommodation, food, transportation and ect during the transfer or mobilization.
    The challenges1. difficulties in getting senior staff cooperation 2. staff commitment to the works especially from bottom line/supporting staff 3. lack of technical competency 4. staff did not like to explore new things to get the job done fast and in correct way.
