The challenges- Working environment especially communication between directors, management level most time not in the same picture.
- Supervision from management level need to be improved.
- Task assigned not distribute evenly. The direction from superior also not clear, lead to employee need longer time in communication.
- System not really in control. No discussion, no updates and no meeting when incidents happened. Especially in project handling.
- In a project to many people will overlay the decision, lead to miscommunication between client, employee and employer. Prolong the project timeline, couldn't on time complete.
