    I would like to provide some feedback regarding my current company. I've noticed that there have been delays in receiving my salary, with instances of it being paid as much as two months late. Even when the payment is made, it often covers only one month's salary. When I've inquired about the salary delays, there has been no response or communication. I believe it's crucial for the company to address these issues promptly to ensure a fair and reliable payment system for its employees. not provide Equipment.

    The challengesIf you looking for company that pay your salary on time or pay your full salary or even pay you this company is not for you. The person that handle your salary will always ghost you when you contacting the person. Also the company doesn't have proper job desk, where it literally free for all depend, everyone can be assigned to the task that are not their specialty.

    The good thingsWell there are some good apples in the company but unfortunately they left already.
    The challengesToo much misscommunications in the company, if you are intern don't expect to have senior guiding you at all, cuase there will be no adequate professionals helping you in better off your skills this is not the place. cause the seniors will just blame no matter how you work and everything. They assume you know everything when most of it is in their mind only. Need to guess what they mean other wise they are not in a light moodat you. The salary did not pay out on time and delays everytime when you want to make ends meet.
