    Good and strong company for gain new knowledge and skillsA good company for employee to gain skill and experience, consider a good benefits to employee, a lot of new package being offered for example, Ot allowance for non-overtime month up to RM300/month, soldering skill and multiskill allowance up to RM700/month if we reach to certain technical level. In terms of management, I believe the issue is common and different each company. Good experience so far!

    Think twice before join this company especially Quality departmentPositive feedback: Bonus 2 times. and salary on time never delay. Negative feedback: 1. Micromanagement : Boss always see the CCTV to check worker doing job. 9 hours working cannot do any movement, even go to side station. Boss always keep on checking the progress task every hours. 2. Culture working no good: Boss humiliate the staff in front others, to show her/his power as boss. Shouting to staff in open area. 3. Favoritism: who kind to the boss, will get good increment and bonus evaluation. Even you do many job but not give good result, it would not give u extra money. u get only mentally breakdown. 4. Professionalism and conflict of interest within the management team. : Inter-department top management had a close personal relationship which led to biased treatment, favoritism, and an environment where it was extremely difficult to raise concerns or file complaints. Many employees felt powerless to speak up, fearing retaliation or being ignored due to the personal dynamics in management. This contributed heavily to the toxic work culture and lack of accountability at the leadership level.

    The good thingsGood place to develop and enhance skills and learn new things. Many new things learned during working in the company, the skill will help to build and develop employee strength when require to solve the problem by itself and also teach and share the knowledge with others member also with the operator.
    The challengesDo study to find the countermeasure for any reject symptoms to reduce the same problem occur in the future. High intention and fresh idea really need in the work environment and discuss with a designer and engineer team to do study and collect data to ensure the production progress in smooth condition.

    Good things at JVC Kenwood Tampoi
    The good things- Encourage employee to learn using labview and test stand software - encourage employee to build latest FCT tester for production use. - Employee is given chance to make decision and can be discussed with management for any improvement - Strong cooperation between management & other staff - Good cooperation between Malaysian staff & Japan staff for new model and improvement.
    The challenges- Production schedule is very tight. We need to act fast in order to prevent any delay in production and delivery schedule. - Sometimes problem happen is beyond our knowledge. We have to study to find the root cause to solve the problem.

    The good thingsThis company will be a very good start for fresh graduates. The company really produce a good skill employees and you can learn a lot in how to work in a manufacturing environment. It will be a very good foundation for new comers. Fresh graduates able to Lear new technology and a place to refres what they have learn. This company teaches how to operate a manufacturing company with good system.
    The challengesTime management and team work will be a big challenge. Quality and quantity is always the first priority. Since a very highly system and technology is involve employees must be ready to adopt and learn quickly. Employees must be a very good learner and should be as advance as possible.
