    Supportive colleagues, but the company handled terminations poorly, sudden dismissal with explanation given after. Overall, nothing positive about this company.
    The good thingsAll the staff is very supportive. If we have any festival, we bring our food from home, it's our contribution and effort.
    The challengesI was terminated less than 24 hours. The termination letter and explanation were given only after I was already terminated. Four other colleagues were also terminated.

    Its very good to work with kaefer where career enhancement is definite.
    The good thingsBenefits are good as they has very good epf sosco payment but salary offered at first will be lower and increase as experience increases.
    The challengesThe only and most harmful situation ever in kaefer is their politics among employee where higher management frequently being buyers to one employee and use them as a informer even for simple matters.
