    I will definitely recommend this company to my friends as I appreciate the company culture and the opportunities it provides.
    The good things1. There are numerous opportunities available, and you should be ready to seize them; just present your ideas to the management. 2. The company offers a work-from-home culture, and employees only need to go to the office once a week. 3. The working culture is excellent, promoting teamwork among colleagues. Additionally, there is a team-building fund available when the group achieves its KPIs.
    The challenges1. It would be beneficial to have more company dinners or hangout activities to foster stronger relationships among employees from different departments. 2.Be prepared to exercise good self-discipline if you choose this job, as the majority of the work is conducted remotely.

    Great startup with great ambitions
    The good thingsEnjoy almost Full WFH culture! Only need to go office once a week and can be excused if cannot make it. SME culture which do not requires super formal workflow, despite many of us are from MNC (Microsoft, AWS, Banks, Talent Acquisition co etc). At the same time, the management has clear view on how the company should grow (as they are from MNC with great experiences). You are working in a SME with MNC culture :) Here they practice quite good 9am-6pm work culture. You don't normally get WA message outside of working hours. If there is any, normally its just some sharing of useful contents/tips but not like work request related.
    The challengesOnly meeting my colleagues once a week as I love meeting people. But that does not affect my job as we are still connected in many ways (MS Teams, email, WA group).
