Great place to learn but not to stayThe good thingsMinimum politic issue between colleagues, subordinates & peers. The working environment of this company is good and positive. A very good platform to learn as everyone is willing to teach if you are desires in learning.
The challengesWorking hours can be very long up to 12 to 16 hours per days or more especially come to peak period. Sometimes top management will just acknowledge the challenges/ difficulties that feedback by execution employees but not trying to solve or look into it. Employees's benefits & point of view might be neglect in some aspect.
