    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang mesra dan bekerjasama. Ada peluang belajar mesin/peralatan baru. Jadual kerja jelas dan teratur. Faedah asas seperti KWSP, PERKESO dan elaun tertentu disediakan. Lokasi kilang mudah diakses.
    The challengesMasa kerja shift panjang – kadang-kadang mengurangkan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan. Komunikasi dalaman – ada ruang untuk lebih telus dan cepat antara jabatan. Peluang kenaikan pangkat – laluan kerjaya boleh diperjelaskan supaya pekerja nampak masa depan mereka dalam syarikat. Beban kerja fizikal – ada tugasan yang agak berat, jadi latihan keselamatan dan sokongan tambahan akan sangat membantu. Kebajikan pekerja – boleh dipertingkatkan dengan faedah tambahan (contoh: insurans, kemudahan rehat).
