Terrible with no work life balance
The good thingsGood learning curve, getting different projects teaches you different things, there will never be the same project.
The challengesVery bad working culture, you’re expected to learn things by yourself with no support. There are a lot of negativity around and the supplier, client and employee relationships are poorly defined. Moreover, there are totally no work life balance as you are SUPPOSED to work over the weekends and you’ll get schooled if you don’t.
