Covered insurance after one year employment, but insufficient to cover major illness.
The challenges"mind my own business attitude", no sense of team spirit at all in this company, other departments expect to self take care.
Company changes of directions is very frequent.
Gossiping is part of this company culture with alot of Team A Team B Team C.
Only thing sells is Kara. With weak focus on other brands. Incentive for sales is very good but comes with high targets too.
Mother of all challenges is the Human Resources department with the mindset of fine or bonus cut as a way of discipline workers. Very emotional and unprofessional in running the department. Total failed.
