Overall, I learned a lot when it comes to customer service and machine maintenance.
The good thingsThe instructors are very helpful in teaching interns regarding the work that needs to be done daily. Supervisor is only a great guy as he helped me grow as a person in my job scopes.
The challengesA lot of machines need to be checked when it's close seasonal holiday.

Mindset has to be strong and not influented by the story/rumous created out of sudden
The good thingsStaffs only are close to each other. To be trained react fast when ideas are rejected even though its approved.
The challengesHigh headcount turnover; Too much of politic Indecisive heads; Too much of changes although its approved and published; Limited view in future business opportunity

    Great team to work with
The good thingsEncouraging teammates and colleges. Less politics between the working environment. Good benefits and was a great learning platform.
The challengesThe pay was some what rather low, however the great environment have covered the downside. The learning opportunity was limited only to our job role, there was less chances to gain more knowledge regarding the machines and systems.

The best of the best, no office politic, just real work
The good thingsStaff benefits and very good healthy working environment. The GM was very good and a fantastic leader, he taught me a lot of new things and always help me and guide me to becomes the best in the industry. Everyone in the company was very friendly and helpful because of the GM leadership. I am so grateful to have worked here, I gained a lot of positive skills. The head of sales also was very helpful helping me and encouraging me to achieve my KPI even though he have to sacrifice some of his weekend to help me to achieve my target.
The challengesNot much but the KPI's were a bit nerving sometimes. You know Germans standard and expectations are very very high.
