Great working culture

The good thingsThe team culture is super - everyone know what they are supposed to do and doing it well and there is no hesitation of anyone jumping in to help and support if someone is in need whether is about work or outside of work.

The challengesHospice work is not for everyone which makes hiring new nurses to share the load challenging
