    Nice place to work with friendly and helpful colleagues.
    The good thingsYou will be able to learn a lot of new technologies about Kaspersky Lab products (B2C & B2B) and increase knowledge in troubleshooting skills. Also, you can mix around with people from different department, work together as a team, flexible working hours, opportunity to travel and take external course at least once a year.
    The challengesThere are lots of challenges but as long as your work as a team and follow the standard operating procedure, everything should be fine. You need to communicate well with your boss and seek advice whenever necessary. Voice out instead of keeping everything in yourself.
