    A company that will make you work long there (loyal) and perhaps may retire there as well (for those who are in their 40's above).
    The good thingsHigher salary compared to the market average. Relax and comfortable working culture and environment with a very good work life balance for the employees. Good remuneration package including monetary and fringe benefits.
    The challengesAlmost none. Only very minor issues like canteen operation and non-covered pedestrian walkway.

    Work Life Balance for All Staff
    The good thingsGood benefit to all staff. Good management team that will guide you to do the right thing on the right way. Got attendance alowance if no MC and perfect attendance for the whole year will get some appreciation. Got free lunch to all staff, medical benefit. Staff active in sport activities after working hours. Friendly environment. If show good work quality, dicipline and always give idea for improvement will got chances to be promoted.👍After working hours you can spend time with family and friends.

    The challengesMany management staff still young and have not enought working experience but they always action as clever worker whereas they are not..so this is very inconvenience to another staff

    The good thingsthe pay is worth the work and so many good experience with the Japan branch will came to work with you from time to time which you can learn more about the job
    The challengesmostly physical labour which took a toll on me which it cause my back pain which is the cause of my retirement

    4 days work, 2days rest day.
    The good thingsEnjoy environment working, No need experience they will teach everything The job task is easy but sometimes need follow sequent task given company give free lunch during lunch hour, it save your money. Every month 60hour ot,average income 3+++.
    The challengeslift heavy item, need do the right step to void injury. Must same understanding each team member.
