The good thingsA good working environment & friendly environmental
The challenges• Improving a process as complex as the supply chain can be daunting, as companies are challenged with some finding ways to meet ever-rising customer expectations at a manageable cost, understand customer’s needs & establish improvement goals & rapidly implement necessary improvement. • Determine the needs of production planning & execute the resulting plans • Develop SOP of Logistic & Authorities
