    Good place to learn, but
    The good thingsFamily-friendly and multi cultured colleagues where you can learn unlimited knowledge as they are willing to spent their time on teaching. Yearly bonuses is great gift to have!
    The challengesHeavy and stress workload causing unbalance work-life. Would be appreciate if salary can be revised annually.

    Amazing colleagues and place to learn
    The good thingsExposes you to the ERP software industry and business processes. 90% of clients and customers are very friendly as they have been under the service of the company for years. Boss and managers are very open to new tools, methods or suggestions. Multi cultured helpful and friendly colleagues who would sacrifice their time to teach you. Bi-annual bonuses, annual team building, and birthday celebrations.
    The challengesVery fast paced as company has a large customer base. No training, so be proactive at asking for help and learning. Occasional micro-managing and tight datelines

    Excellent place to learn and grow
    The good thingsAmazing boss. He is really supportive in giving advise for both work and personal matters. He also has a huge experience in ERP world, thus it is easy to ask him whenever facing difficulties. Learned how to interact and consult with clients effectively. Very young and dynamic team. Trust me, there is always something new to learn everyday. Gained many valuable project implementation experience as well. If you want to learn more about ERP such as SAP B1 & Sage, this is the place to be.
    The challengesProject implementations could be a little hectic sometimes but that is normal.
