    The good thingsIt's a fair platform for staffs to express their talents. Cross function is a common practice. It's a good integration between colleagues for opinion exchange & mutual learning. Self-development & career path are major concern of company, you will grow and learn different things from year to year.
    The challengesYou will not only work on daily job responsibility, meanwhile you will have chances to join company event such as CSR program, consumer activities. If you don't like multi-tasking environment, most probably you won't enjoy it.

    The good thingsBaba has a mission to conserve the environment. It is not just about business but business with good deed. The company is transparent in management in which we know how we gain our performance appraisal. You will learn a lot from cross function projects, internal & external training. Having spending good time with colleagues in which there are sports activities and other CSR activities that we could participate and contribute!

    The good thingsThere is great potential to grow as an individual with training available on request and very experienced professionals close by you. The Company feels like a ‘family’ with departments that you can easily communication with no politic issue here. Beside, our superior willing to teach and sharing their experiences to his/ her subordinate.
    The challengesWorking in the creative team which provides an exciting challenge, with lots of support provided by colleagues and management. Everybody are given a fair amount of responsibility, which has allowed me to develop and greatly expand my knowledge.

    Tough Memory
    The good thingsMulti-tasking environment which will really make you learn a lot. Systematic management - monthly meeting with report and review critical performance. If you are young and energetic then this is your choice as a lot of activities.
    The challengesToo much multi-tasking until cannot focus on your job. All job touch surface only and is hard to really focus to solve a problem. Meetings all the time. Too much time spend in meeting and lacking of time to really execute.
