    The challengesOffice politics among three shareholders who thinks that they are better than direct hire. Stop trying to pay people more to stay in a bad environment and instead create environment people look forward to being part of every day.

    The good thingsPublic transport. Good working/office culture. Nice office areas. Opportunities to go to other sites in Sabah & Labuan.
    The challengesThe main SSGP gas pipeline kept being disrupted every other year and impacted the amount of gas KPOC can sell. This impacted sales and revenue. In bad oil & gas market nowadays, this is a double hit to revenue.

     Exposure in Engineering design office, experience in leading a small group of Document Controllers, managing Site Document Control team, in addition to the execution of my own document control duties.

    Importance of safety
    The good things, KPOC taught me about the importance of safety during working. They developed a program named “Care Card” where all the employees are advised to take part on reporting any hazards at working place. Moreover, weekly, there will be a 30 minutes safety meeting where SHO presented on how to work in safely manner. Hence, it can be said that safety measures is one of the important key to be implemented in all companies to be a successful organization.

    The good thingsFlexi working hours. Just don't abuse it. But it has its own core hours 9AM-4PM Fruity Friday. Company bought you cut fruit every Friday nice perks and allowance feel homey working here competitive salary approachable CEO and SMT The working environment is not too stressful and the CEO encourage you not to stay late and manage your workload more efficient
    The challengesDelayed full sale of the gas due to certain issues making the company running on its stakeholders money Conversion to permanent is still not effectively plan Communication between the departments still need to be improved. Some decisions that is supposed to be known by other departments are somehow and sometime unknown

    The good thingsThe company was able to implement positive values thereby making the work environment is very friendly. One of the main core values practice in KPOC are WORK, LIFE, BALANCE Culture. The management did a good job for staff.
    The challengesTo manage and set a target in line with management and project achievement progress for first gas and Manage and Monitor the progress of the Final Documentation from contractor & vendor in order to ensure that all contractual requirements will be met.
