They also do give free motivation and development programmes for the students. Other than that, the management do take care the students development.
The challengesNo challengers in learning or exposing to new things.Therefore there's no opportunities in career development and no salary increment. Other than that there's no career development or relevant training given for the employees. This is due we cant upgrade or improve our life .
