    Each employee will be given districts to handle. Those who got suburb area good luck
    The good thingsLearned alot about veneer.
    The challengesTry memorizing all types of wood. I can't even memorize more than 10 different woods. And once you received suburb areas basically you are as good as dead. High turnovers! Not much people will be able to stay till the end.

    The good thingsThe district manager will emphasize on team spirit. With frequent outings and dinner together. However I cant see anything else than that
    The challengesIf only the allowance can be more balanced, such as distance travelling claim etc. There is weekly exams, however it will lay a strong stress to the sales team as they need to find sales , do reports and after work revisions.
