Ridiculous ManagementThe good thingsoutdated system, therefore nothing much to learn.
The challengesThis is company business is very good but Traditional mindsets and one man show company where everything need to seek for MD permission (including employees leave). No benefits, no proper bonus, Not given any training to improve (even though requested many times but Managers dont bother about employee’s career development). Top management dont trust their employees, They are self-centered.
This company should learn to - Treat Employees Fairly, Flip the traditional mindset, Give employees opportunities to expand their knowledge by sending them to training, provide good benefits, rewards the works, stop saying sales drop sales drop during bonus time (ridiculous) and etc.
