    Ridiculous place and old mind set of management.
    The good thingsNo good things. Management terrible, no system and cannot accept new things. Eg : not believe in system or Electronic items
    The challengesTERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND TOXIC WORKING ENVIROMENT If you are the apple of boss's eye, you can do anything. Or else, you can wait and see how terrible of the management.

    Does not have a proper place for solat n dont provide time for solat.time load too much.not so good environment to work for a long time.
    The good thingsI dont have any good thing here other than salary.
    The challengesDont have time to solat n dont give proper place to solat.time constraint n its environment/air oily maybe because of coolant been heat by lathe machine..not suitable for a long period of working.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here as the working environment here is wonderful. I have lovely colleagues and superiors who are very much willing to teach me various skills and knowledge. Even when I am lacking in anyway, they would not give up on me or let me be on my own. They would teach me to correct my mistakes with much patience.
    The challengesAlthough the working environment here is outstanding, but I cannot deny the fact that the system used in this company is far too old and not up to date. This has caused delay in various aspects which leads to a chain reaction that eventually impacts the sales of the company. In my opinion, this company need fresh blood to bring new things into it and renew the system as well as the culture here.

    Ridiculous Management
    The good thingsoutdated system, therefore nothing much to learn.
    The challengesThis is company business is very good but Traditional mindsets and one man show company where everything need to seek for MD permission (including employees leave). No benefits, no proper bonus, Not given any training to improve (even though requested many times but Managers dont bother about employee’s career development). Top management dont trust their employees, They are self-centered. This company should learn to - Treat Employees Fairly, Flip the traditional mindset, Give employees opportunities to expand their knowledge by sending them to training, provide good benefits, rewards the works, stop saying sales drop sales drop during bonus time (ridiculous) and etc. Best regard's Sales Drop

    Good learning experience, but Lack of work/life balance
    The good thingsA lot of exposure to production actual scenario as well as local and oversea projects. Learning opportunities are given to those who are proactive and eager to learn and willing to stay up for extra hours. Company events such as jogging after work encourage employees to stay healthy.
    The challengesManagement system is not consistent, it is subject to changes from time to time, causing difficulties in completing tasks. Company benefits are subject to top management approval.

    Good Exposure for Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsVery good exposure especially for fresh graduate and self trained for discipline and responsiblity. Everything have to start to by ownselves, can learn various of measuring equipments. MD is eager to teach young people about the manufacturing
    The challengesEverything have to seek for top management permission and cannot decide by yourself. Traditional mindsets in this company. Performance is based on the attendance. Poor benefits and rewards system. Opportunities are leave to seniority with higher position.Poor communications in between the department. Long hours working.

Good start to learn about engineering and always provide career opportunities to all levels of employee to aim for their success, position and salary pay. Good and fair system to prevent being bully by existing staff. Work at here and earn double of years experience.

The company is equipped with childcare which created peace in mind in taking care of kids.The company childcare center is providing excellent educational program and food to children.The company provides sufficient resources for any good idea proposed to improve company working environment,
    The challengesNeed to continue learning and upgrade ourself in order to be able compete in current competitive market and customer request/demand. Implementation of a new project at the company is always challenging and difficult to monitor which require consistent follow up and review.Training program at this company is hard due to low literacy level among lower ranking staffs.
