    The challengesWorkload can spike at a moment notice. Management mitigation plan for someone leaving is to pile more work on current staff. Currently understaffed with many ongoing projects.

    A great place to learn and best platform for future growth
    The good thingsThe environment and the opportunity to learn. If you are a fresh grad or having 1-2 years experience, Bintai is the best option for you to learn many things and be a well versed in many area. The superior does not even stingy in sharing and teaching so that you can grow. This is a great place to work.
    The challengesThough the benefits are quite low compared to other competitors in the industry, the knowledge and experience you get here is more and worth it.
