The good thingsCommunicate a lot in English for Business related topics. Involve in many professional engineering projects & tenders. Involve all scopes of a project (EPCC), chances to explore all aspects if wiling to learn. A listed company. Provides sufficient benefits, allowances & bonus.
The challengesTo spend more time on outstation travelling (50-80%). For fresh graduate, need to learn fast to catch up, but very useful once can cope. To work in construction industry.
