    No system at all
    The good thingsWork without system, not enjoy at all
    The challenges1)Not follow general law requirement 2) Always skip SOP in order to finish project. 3) Ask for supervision but mileage & car use personal & can't claim 4) Management not respect the employee, comment & advise for improvement always look down by management 5) Middle management & top management all is relative. So difficult to work as external workers even the workers with additional international knowledge.
