many things can learn here but ready to take the workloads
The good thingsYou can learn so many new things in every section from food processing until the packaging area. When you expert handling the section, you can take the exam to increase the basic salary Lunch, teatime, dinner and supper are provided by the café
The challengesEmployer does not even care what your concern about what you think the probability of machine failures. They just know how to blame the production technician without any discussion. no matter what how good you deliver/perform the job, employer fail to acknowledge you. They would claim the success is from theirs

The good thingsGood benefit and average salary. The facilities is also good. The colleagues are mostly nice people.
The challengesYou have to be a yes man. If not you will not survive the company. The amount of task given is also ridiculous not worth what you are paying.

The good thingsThe company using the High Performance Organization. Everyone can speak up an+ give their own idea. We can learn how to run, maintain, repairing and cleaning the machine
The challengesThe work here will make us tired. Because all of the thing we will do by our self.

    Great environment to work
The good thingsThe great relationship between colleagues are so good that you will feel right at home when you work here. Definitely there is work life balance here and the company promotes team work by having a lot of cool activities for colleagues to bond with each other.
The challengesOnly challenges face would be the staff benefit. The company have limited benefits and would be great if the company adopt a flexible package where staff can choose to reduce their existing package for another benefit which suits the person's choice.
