    The good thingsThe bosses are good towards the staff, the environment was great, feeling comfortable during working. the staff was friendly and nice, gained a lot of experience by learning from the managers.
    The challengesThe salary is not compatible with the jobs done. need to travel far from home which is almost 60 km to works everyday.

    The good thingsSeniors willing to help you if you have site issue but you need to carry it by yourself which is very good for your learning purpose. Site team also work as a team with management staff which is good in gathering information.
    The challengesTight schedule and dateline. You need to handover a certain work during a short period of time given by managers. Take it as a challange and PROVE yourself.

    The good thingsThe people whom working in this organization are awesome people. The company provide lunch for employees. It also have yearly family day for employees to enjoy with their family. Annual increment is practice in this organization.
    The challengesThere is no guidance from your senior or superior. Everything must be done in a very fast pact without any first hand experience. Stressful environment with a less helpful senior. Multitasking things that are not in your job scope.
