Experienced in recruitment, RPO and CWO
The good thingsFlexibility and the opportunity given to explore new challenges on own. Given enough space to make decision. The remuneration is not low but reasonably good. If this aspect being improvised, there will be better chance to to retain employee. In short people like me love to work in an organisation like KellyOCG however if the remuneration is improved and career progress opportunity is taken care well, more chance to stay here for very long!
The challengesAmount of stress, work and personal life balance, load of work. Need to be standby even on leave or sick days. But the good part, the importance of you in an organisation is visible
