The good thingsInteract with colleagues, candidates. Learn new things. Productive planning how to make a conducive environment. From giving good services to planning a productive workload. Really recommended for those who wants to find a positive environment and good pay.
The challengesDistribute workload fairly. Have a good planning between clients and hiring manager. As to make the work more smooth and do not have any difficulties to future candidates.

A good platform to develop your PR skills
The good thingsYou will face various kind of customers, from difficult and demanding, to understanding and warmth, though it will just be through phone and not personally meeting them. If you are able to cope with these challenges, especially by being patient and willing to listen and address their issues as much as you could, you will find the experiences truly priceless and beneficial to you in your future career or future jobs.
The challengesThe most challenging is to keep and contain your emotion when dealing with the difficult type of customers, and most of all to take them like a pinch of salt. The job might sounds easy to some, but to keep your emotion and reaction to the upmost professional manner is definitely not that easy.
