    The good thingsOn time salary
    The challengesYou have to be prepared all the time if you want to work here. The Boss will chase you all the time including midnight. You can't have your own sweet time at home peacefully.

    Work Perks
    The good thingsWorking in an environment of tough and difficult situation but some helpful colleagues and a small town with low expenses. Work timing is not fix as long as the job is done then you can leave the place anytime.
    The challengesPolitics on work with some colleagues and most of all with the amount of work we are doing deserve higher salary and things will get definitely better if we have the right power to make certain decisions.
