    The good thingsthe environment with nice and kind office mate! Always give support to each others. Also always give the good feedback and if i don't get how to task i get, there are staff willing to teach me until i understand without any excuse.
    The challengesi need to learn how to use SAP Logon System for my daily task, also i need to know about the price ups and downs that make me need to alert and focus more about the price that make company to deal to our customer.

    The good thingsMy department is the one who responsible for the new major project like expansion of plant and storage tank with the new facilities and infrastructure. Good experience because can involve in oil and gas industry.
    The challengesTo handle the contractor which is familiar with housing/building construction and lack of experience in oil and gas industry. Of course the hazard working in oil and gas plant is different compare with other industry such as building construction. Therefore, the safety and regulation matter shall be straightly followed by contractor.

    Working in Kemaman Bitumen Company is awesome.
    The good thingsthe environment and the work culture here is healthy and worth to stay. i've been working here since 2009 and i start from below level. Peer are so suppotive and you can gain knowledge with others anytime.
    The challengesfor my current opinion, the most challenge thing is to learnt new things within short period time. But it's all OK since i have peer here that I can refer to and the bosses are so nice that they also can help to guide and share info.

    Such a challenging experiences
    The good thingsit is good to be able learn about a real plant rather than read them in a books.During that time, I able to understand better about oil and gas industry and at the same time learn to follow the rules of safety. Safety in workplace is very important and yes, the rate of safety level in KBC is good. Furthermore, their staffs is kind in giving a knowledge about this industry.
    The challengesthere are always challenge in order to adapt in a new environment. This department is dominantly held by man, and for a woman candidates who want to be part of this organization, you need to have a strong core and spirits in order to team up with them. For me, the great challenge is communication with them and I managed to survive.

    The good thingsEmployer & Employee respect each other. Good relationship between staff. Company still expanding until now and making good money. Company willing to allocate money for sport & recreation activities for staff. Family day available yearly. Away Day is available for every department for staff. Casual attire is perfect for staff. All staff willing to learn and ready for change during tough time as employer had done good job in explaining during Town Hall meeting.
    The challengesReduce the recurring of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) issue. Improve in term of process safety issue. Creating awareness of HSSE important among staff in the company. Empowerment to the staff instead of taking consultant and contractor from outside. Improve in training selection and staff development. Improve in benefit that include staff family member. Introduce long service award for staff that had been working for long year (>10 years). Introduce shaded parking as staff benefit.

    The good things> Always keep employees update of group performance, enganges employees in adopting group mission and vision. > Friendly expatriate CEO and managers who are open mind and caring. > The sport club held weekly activities like Zumba dance for ladies (using an hour of working hour), badminton, hiking, futsal and jogging. > Benefits: yearly medical check up, birthday gifts, reward point system, etc.
    The challenges> Good understanding of many procedures are needed in order to avoid mistake. > Terengganu-Malay (very different from standard Bahasa) speaking environment.

    The challenges1.Company will be in difficult times when crude oil price is so high that result in small margin in business. 2.Company is still in young and developing phase. 3.System for operating that being implemented is not yet using the latest technology. 4.Need to be good in english communication as the management is from another country and do not understand malay language.
