I work as lab technician and handling algae culture, PCR test, water quality and shrimp quality control assesment.The good thingsThe employer is supportive person and become example of leader oriented person. He also a good leader as he always give best solutions in each problem appeared and not pass bulk of problem exist to other person. He also have positive mind and always shows his support to new ideas.
The challengesShould have overtime salary as worker can get more income for good living. Should provide better salary increment for workers and bonus. Should have the same work organisation in the different branch in term of working hours, bonus, medical benefit and provide transport.
