The good things-The environment; staff and working culture are good. Mostly everyone can cooperate with one another.
- Some managers are flexible by allowing the staff to do OT
- Benefits offered are not bad eventhough they have reduced some of the benefits drastically.
- Everyone is taught to be discipline; come to work on time
- 10mins of coffee break (twice a day)
- Practices and implement 5s. Employees (department) are given rewards upon implementing it effectively.
The challenges- Contract of one year for new staff
- No room for advance career development. HR hire new staff instead of doing internal job transfer for current employee who has the capabilities to explore career advancement at this company.

Doing some of assembly for the machinery, electrical equipment and mechanical parts,
The good thingsThe employer give opportunity to do over time job to make some of the parts finish by the time. Its helps us to add time for doing some inspection by others are busy with others things. The gift will be given for team that keep all the parts assembly tidy and clean such as do '5' S when doing job and after finish the jobs.
The challengesSome of the area was not satisfy because of the condition not good as a new company. The facilities and some of the tools are not in good conditions because everyone of us used the same tools.
