A good working environment, with great leadership depending on your immediate superior.
The good thingsGreat leader and good opportunities to learn. I’ve worked in several departments and gained exposure to different scopes of work. The company supports employee growth and provides a good working environment. Salary is always paid on time.
The challengesWorking across multiple departments can be challenging at first, but it increases my adaptability skills and helps me work better in a fast-paced environment.
