    Good place to gain experience but not for growth
    The good thingsThe team is supportive and good to work with. The laboratory is quite new as they just moved to the new floor, however there are still room for improvement especially chemical storage, workflow, facility for stability testing and communication among team member and head
    The challengesIf you have experience working in a fast-pace company, this job will be less stressful. The job require you to multitask and work independently. The responsibilities for the chemist & lab assistant roles are NOT clearly defined. This often leads to overlapping task and responsibilities

    The good things-director work from top to bottom to make sure work can be done and help resolve problem -company handle vast project and many client local and overseas -all staff are friendly, helpful and cooperate with each other -many young, energetic and intelligent staff that handle top management -good working environment, average stress -multiracial company -salary is better than other company
