The challengesLike many other organisations in Malaysia, wages and salary rate are still considered as relatively low as compared to some other developing countries. sometimes good talents don't get rewarded accordingly.

The good thingsFriendly staffs and good working environment. Specified scope of job for trainee, staff explained really well with the task given.
The challengesBeing assigned to account payable team which clearly not in line with my academic background. Things that company could improve is that to assign interns in suitable team to help them apply the lessons studied in university into real working environment since they are trainees.
