    Friendly place to work at.
The good thingsPeople here are very kind and it feels nice every time you come to work. There's always something to do, so it's not like you're waiting for 6PM to come. And the best part: by 6.05PM, everyone is already out the door, so no one will ever guilt-trip you or be sarcastic with you about going home early. The pantry is always well-stocked. The toilet and surau are near to the office, and both are very clean and comfortable.
The challengesI don't have much negative things to say. Just that if you expect the office to look like a start-up office, then you'll be disappointed. The interior design (or lack-thereof) is just your normal, typical office. But even this "flaw" can be looked over, because there isn't much that's negative about working here.

The good thingsthe best thing I want to share when I worked there when I get to know the mall well, learn to communicate with customers, and improve my confidence level when meeting with others.
The challengeswhen the customer's lost the kids in the mall. it's quite challenging when you need to take action.
