    GOOD PLACE TO START THE CAREER
    The good thingsIt is nice to working at here because of teamwork in department and can learn more because working in here must be multitasking because of workload is high.
    The challengesThe challenges working in this company is usually working environment is highly stressful. You need to do all job by yourself. Don't expect guidance from your superior because it's never happen. Everything you must solve yourself.

    Great learning place
    The good thingsIt's my first job and it's a good place for many opportunities to learn new things. Friendly colleagues, nice boss. Stable increment and salary always on time. Have promotion opportunity.
    The challengesStressful with heavy workload but can be lessen if you prefer. I'd prefer to take on more responsibilities to learn more. The company building is old and difficult to find parking.

    Great colleagues and provided opportunity to learn a lot
    The good thingsI have had great colleagues and seniors who are friendly and supportive throughout the working experience. I have also had many opportunities to learn new things and gain different knowledge and exposure.
    The challengesIt can be stressful at times for the amount of workload but I think it is worth it as I can never gain this kind of knowledge else where.

    The good thingsThis company is good for career expansion, nothing more
    The challengesThe environments is not nice, still practice the old management system. Employee can't show or discuss the opinion. Relationship with employees is bad. Stress because of work overload. Not recommended to working here.

    No such thing as bad experience, just wrong experience
    The good thingsGood things is the colleague that I work with and certain department which are very helpful such as purchasing and accounts.
    The challengesThe challenge is with the job scope that is not determined properly. Job scope should be precisely put so that we are not over-worked with other people's responsibility. Delegation of work should be done properly so that not only certain people felt the burden of a heavy workload. On-site allowance should be revised because the workload and condition is heavier than in house job.
