    Learnt a lot of things
    The good thingsI learnt a lot of things here. Vey nice colleagues. Low starting salary but the increment is quite high every year.
    The challengesAll things have to be done by yourself. No one to assist even if you are an executive. There is a manual of job scope, but everyone seems to do jobs that are out of their scope of work. They lacking of man power. They will not hire new staff even though project/job is increasing by year unless got staff resign. The management is quite emotional in decision making. The system is there but they don't utilize it. The boss always expect communication 24 hours/day even on weekend.

    It's not tough neither is easy. Is complicated.
    The good thingsThe employer is warm hearted towards the staff, willing to listen and open up to any new ideas and opinions. Willing to teach and guide and advise. Business Goal Oriented and yearly vacation or Big feasting for staff.
    The challengesToo many audits in a year (2 internal audits & 1 external audit). Unchanging methodology in daily tasking, staff are not really co-operating and poor in communication channels, heavily rely on man power and no clear cut on task assignment. 2 person may be doing the same assignment with little intervention of here and there from the other person. Stressful in meeting targets or KPI.

    Nice people environment
    The good thingsEvery person in this company easy to get close, easy to help whenever needed even the top management which is the second boss always asking if the progress is good or not. No pressure working at here. Even though I been here for only 10 weeks, there are a lot of skills and knowledge i can learn and gain which about disciplinary, ethics and also engineering basis. Thank you
