    A stressful and disappointing experience due to poor management, favouritism, and lack of work-life balance.
    The good things- salary stable - gained various experience - few supportive team members
    The challenges- working hours schedule on paper not truly enforced. - work culture was toxic, with favouritism on certain staffs, poor management, forced overtime, and a lack of proper communication, transparency or fair treatment.
